Logging, which day?

I was under my daily calorie intake and woke up starving at midnight! Usually I would drink a bit of water and go back to sleep. This time I ate a quest bar (probably bc it was the closest thing to a "sweet" in the house).
Do I log it for yesterday or work it in today? Or split the calories between yesterday and today?

It really doesn't matter. Did you eat at a deficit yesterday? Then log it for yesterday. If not, log it today and fit it into today's calories.0

I just let the app figure out what day it is. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'm not in the mood to make decisions like that.0

not sure if this is right, but I keyed half of the calories in for yesterday and half for today.0

who cares, your stressing to much. Don't make logging something that makes you insane. Just log it and move on.0
