Have I hit a plateau? Logging everyday; pretty much eat the SAME thing daily/weekly. I have been a little loosey goosey the past week or two with a few meals due to work/social events. I didn't gain weight from these events, but I have been the same weight (within a pound) for 3 weeks. Suggestions?

If you're set at a 0.5lb/week deficit, it's possible those meals put you back to your maintenance calories. Do you use a food scale for your logging?

how long has it been since you lost weight? If it hasn't been at the very least 4 weeks you are not in a plateau.

If it has been you are eating at maintenance which is quite possible since you have said you have been "loosey goosey" with eating.

I am set on 2 lbs per week. Quite agressive, but I have lost up until about 3 weeks ago and have been hovering within same pound since.

I weigh meat and started to weigh veggies. Everything else pretty much is in individual servings that I consume.

Yeah I seem to hit a plateau too. I keep seeing 198-201 for the past 4 weeks. Im ok with it for i havent seen 200 in about 3 years. I will continue and I just recently changed my work out routine from doing the elliptical only to doing the treadmill for about 32 minutes of running for two minutes to jogging for 2 minutes until I get to 32 which always ends with walking and I sweat like crazy burning about 200+. Then I do the elliptical for 15 minutes burning 100+ ending with doing the weights for about 10 minutes. So far , I feel better then just doing the elliptical alone. I will see in about 2 weeks if I lost anymore weight when I go to nutrionist.
