Absolutely. Words can hurt. My freshman year of college I gained the "freshman 15." With lifting I need the carbs to keep my energy up. My body doesn't need more than 90 grams of protein because I'm rather tiny framed. My body would just excrete the excess. I didn't even think about potatoes or waffles though! Thank you!

Thank you. That makes sens, but how do I know the max? If I fill the rest with more carbs/protein/fat how do I know when enough is enough?
