I also suffer from anxiety, I really do find working out to be my "therapy", find something you actually LOVE, try a group class, get a personal trainer- some one that will push you but also be there for you. Food also plays a role, you eat well you feel well... Good luck with it all, feel free to add me

Eggs- lots of eggs. Seasonal fruit. Greek unsweetened yogurt. Nuts. Cheese & deli meat. Vegetable sticks eg; carrot, celery. For higher protein chose a protein powder, protein bar, or tins of tuna. Good luck!

a salad will last a while with out a fridge- can you get a cooler bag with an ice block? tinned tuna/salmon, rice cakes, banana, protein shake, nuts....

yep i use them- have a look on youtube for full body kettle bell workouts! ;)

diet, cardio and lifting. all must be consistent tho....and patience :)

diet is key- you cant out train a bad diet, but cardio needs to be done as well as lifting. I do both in my session- weights first so my energy is used for that, cardio after 4x a week.
