Its actually $350 but 24hr fitness is paying $250 of it up front. So all ill owe is $100 its the NCSF cert. It's a 2 day class, and if anything it would be good just to have. I used to be fit and workedout a lot but since my knee injuries i went up to 400lbs . I finally got ny knees healthier so i already dropped 100lbs…

Hi! I was 400lbs back in october and now im about 330 and trying to get down to around 230ish.. ive just been burning more claories than i have been putting in. Also try hard to avoid a lot of carbs.

Hi! Its great that you are trying to get healthy! Me too. I just started working at a 24hr fitness and maybe try to become a petsonal trainer by june. If you'd like maybe we could keep eaxh other motivated ;) with little games or bets. Good luck with everything.
