it all starts with you... question is.. are you setting a good example for the kids by eating rubbish? get rid of all that Rubbish snack food in the cupboards... replace with fruits, vegetables... cut it up on a weekly basis and place in boxes in the fridge... for them and you... whether its a 1 year old or a 3 and 7 year…

Ive been doing it for about 2 weeks now but officially I'd like to say 1st week ( day 3). I love it- Im seeing results.. but I'm also doing insanity Max 30 and hip hop abs at the same time

If you're over your weekly goal, add an extra 10-15 minutes to your workout. don't starve yourself one day to then overeat the next!

Why? just eat food and workout!!! food was meant to enjoy ( in its limits) and the body is meant to be taken care of! water is essential but doesn't replace food!

this is super true... also.. having worked out for the last 15 years... i've noticed the its during this time that... when I work out more.. my pain reduces.. and it helps me more in managing my weight... when I get the pain I tend to wear shape wear as that helps pull my tummy in...

Ive been on it since last week but officially since Saturday and love it... Im doing it along with the Insanity Max 30 as well as a bit of hip hop Abs... but T25 is just awesome!
