You should just keep an eye on the calories & total protein in take each day. I like protein shakes but some of them are high in calories and can actually make you gain weight.

The gym I used to go to was a 24hr. Its just hard to go to one with 3 kids though. So I work out at home. I'm considering joining again and working out on lunch though.

Thanks for all the ideas. I used to get up no problem. Now my husband wants me to sleep in with him & I risk waking up the baby. But screw it I gotta do this for me! Hey, I'm 32 and have three kids. I just went back to work after having my baby boy. Its hard finding time and energy to work out with kids.

Thanks! I just healed up from a c-section a couple weeks ago and I'm around 160. I would love to lose about 30 lbs. Thats awesome that you lost that much!!
