Mom living in southern Indiana needing to get back in shape!

I just got married a year ago and had my second child 8 weeks ago. I'm finding it harder to lose the weight this time. The kids keep me busy and I have less energy than ever. I'm trying to stay under 1200 calories a day & work out atleast 5 times a week. Just trying to focus on one day at a time.

    Hello I am Kathy. Congratulations on your new little one! I am having a hard time too! I walk 5 miles a day, I am on my second week and have only lost 1 pound and that is with doing a fast pace 5 mile walking video. I feel your frustration! I am not going to give up! You have not had your new baby long and it will take time to regain your energy especially with working out and working a job sounds like a full load. Hang in there! You can do this! :)

    Thanks! I like to walk too but I haven't much lately. I only lost a pound last week too. We can do it though!
