Thanks, everyone! No, I dont own a food scale. Good suggestions. According to the post workout summary, I burn an average of 750 cals every class. I try to stay on top of intake logging, but can't say I've been consistent.

Hi all! Been doing Ot for several months now- started once a week and now bumped up to 2xs for last 5 weeks. Has anyone else noticed weight gain of s few lbs? This is frustrating. Thanks!
