hi!! I have been doing OT twice a week for several months now and although I can see a little bit of results, I seemed to have gained weight. Some of my clothes don't fit, yet others do. Any thoughts? Diet is decent but I could put more effort into logging. Just wondering when my body will adjust. Thanks!

I had to look up what Orange Theory was. So it's a gym in your area? I suggest being more on top of your logging.

    Thanks, everyone!
No, I dont own a food scale. Good suggestions.
According to the post workout summary, I burn an average of 750 cals every class. I try to stay on top of intake logging, but can't say I've been consistent.

Exercise is secondary to weight loss, calories in/out is first. If you are gaining weight, you are eating too much food.

Weigh your food and log everything you eat and stay within your calorie goals. If you do cardio, eat a portion of those exercise calories back to properly fuel your body.
