Best advice is don't get one lol. From my years of working out i will tell you that you will never find someone who values fitness and your goals much as you do. I have gone through so many workout buds bc nobody is as motivated as me, and all it does is irritates me bc ppl show up late, half do workouts, don't have that…

patience is key, but I get it we all want results fast. Just track your food make sure you are hitting that daily target and track your workouts i guarantee you see results 9 pounds in a month is not an out of reach goal but it can be hard typically aim to lose 1 pound a week just gotta stay on it

not eating at all is not good, figure out how many cals you consume per day and start reducing them by abt 200-250 at first TRACK how many cals you burning, some ppl feel that they can do 45 mins of cardio a day and get results but you dont burn the same amount each time. Find out what your burning and how many cals your…

100% agree...be yourself see something you like go after it or someone else will. Your not being urself if your following that whole "dnt talk to chicks at the gym rule" of course dnt interrupt her but if you guys go to the same gym ur guaranteed to run into her coming in or leaving the gym best time haha or you can try to…

I find that the best way to do it is to first know how much you eat on a daily basis ( this is before you started working out or started your weight loss journey) after that I would cut that down about 200-250 cals just to start slow, and gradually lower it by about 200 cals.

I agree there are many factors that can dictate how your workout goes thats why I just have a routine for my workouts like what i eat before them, how long before the workout i eat, just different things especially sleep, stress.

weigh your self weekly first thing in the morning, I find that doing it weekly give you a better idea of the true fluctuation. Its normal to fluctuate frequently but after a bt i would say 3 weeks maybe and your still seeing that large gap of about 5-7 pound or more fluctuation then id start to change up dieting a bit and…
