i like to stuff chicken w/ asparagus or spinach maybe a little cheese. That way you can knock out your veggies and protein, add a side of rice and you are set.

if you are tracking macros you are tracking cals also, you may not be actually adding them but each gram of your macros contain a certain amount of cals

I hate those wraps and waist trimmers or whatever they are called, gives a false impression on results by promoting wearing those things without any type of exercise or diet will give you results. Worst part is ppl actually buy them and believe it haha

it will come just continue to exercise diet correctly, drink water, and I'd say you should add some weightlifting to your exercise if you are not already, workout your core and it will help tighten up also. Just be patient @dioanadr993

to the natural eye I prob look ok but Ive just noticed my fat is getting high i wasnt sure if i should continue my same amt of cals and clean up on the fatty foods or lower cals which i feel I wont benefit bc I am still trying to continue to bulk for a few more months my goal is to bulk atleast 10 months to a yr, should i…

yes you have to think this way bc letting something have control of you is a sign of weakness so we have to overpower those urges to quit and go back to the "norm" stay strong man

@JohnBarth yes I agree on all of this sometimes real life experiences wakes us up, I worked for a prescription company for Medicare members and It opened my eyes seeing ppl call in ordering 15 pills just to keep them going on a daily. It makes me value my health and my body being mindful of what goes into me.

@Havasufalls yes i can relate as long as you are motivated to get right back up and start again you will never fail. Seeing results is what makes me go so hard about my fitness goals

I dont track much on weekends but i am mindful of what I am eating just to be sure im atleast close to my normal goals
