I have low thyroid too and my doctor asked me to avoid any soy products. Before That I daily consumed tofu (I don't eat any red meats) and I couldn't lose any weights but once I cut out all soy products Im losing weights slowly...

Hi there, I was told that I have low FT4 from my last annual checkup and I have gained 10lbs mystically in the last few months. I start doing exercise everyday and tracking what I am eating through MFP and so far I've lost few pounds. Let's motivate each other.

Of course doing exercise is the best way to boost up your metabolism. But I was told that coconut oil can also help regulating metabolism.
