I'm currently doing hip hop abs. I'm on my second week following the calendar schedule. & it's going well so far. But honestly, sometimes I get kind of bored. I'll do this program in the morning. I'm thinking of adding another program to do in the evenings, not sure yet which one.

There's an app called SWorkIt. You can customize the workout (length, type, etc) & it's basically your own personal trainer. If you're okay with purchasing, I would recommend T25. I am currently doing it and it's awesome. It's 25 minutes long and there's a modifier in the program that helps you keep moving because some…
