Yep please add me! I'm at 1674, which was calculated as my burn rate (did an InBody assessment at my gym). I don't always make that, but almost always above 1500!

Yes on the fitness goals...I'm going to up my weight training from 2x to 3x a week. Gotta change it up, maybe leave this plateau. :) And as much as I rebel on counting calories, when I stop...guess what. Good luck to you!

Okay I have two... 1. Running up steps from train and blowing past much younger people :smile: 2. This might be TMI but I did notice it and am pretty sure it's related to weight loss: when I'm on the potty, it's *much* easier to reach around to wipe, less of an acrobatic feat!

Hi...no I wasn't expecting amazing inch loss!! I've been to this rodeo before :). I guess it's just needing to acknowledge where I am. And asking others how they approached
