I'm a 27 year old from PA trying to find the balance between working FT and being a good wife and mom while losing this weight!

Get up early and work out. I'm up at 4:30am for work so I can be there by 6am which means I work out at night when I get home at 9pm when the baby is asleep. Do what you can.

She needs an appointment with a nutritionist. They will teach her how to count carbs.

An entire cheat day would be a disaster for me. I have a cheat meal every other Saturday and I log it. I eat maybe half what I used to. I weigh myself Saturday morning so seeing a loss helps from overdoing my progress. I went out for dinner with my family and stayed within my calorie goal this week so my meal didn't even…

Food scale and HIIT!
-
I tried yoga for the first time this week and it went well! I signed up for Kettlebells this week. I'm trying a new class every week! It's one of my personal goals. I'm not ballsy enough yet for Spin.
-
I completed one week of T25! I can't wait to finish the entire thing!

A friend of mine always says "Abs are made in the kitchen." If you're eating within your macros and calorie range exercise if just an added bonus!
-
If you're not exercising I would start. HIIT will help. How are your macros?

My girl loves my homemade pancakes! I make them with a pack of oatmeal, one egg, and a banana.

See a picture of myself with my daughter at the zoo. I still have it on my phone as a constant reminder to be healthy for myself and for her. She deserves the best of me. Also, as an RN who am I who give health advice when I am not healthy?! The hospital I work for does not allow smoking by any employee. But if we are…

Also, are you bored or watching TV. We never eat in front of the TV. You never realize how much you consume or I eat it too fast.

I pre log for the next day when I am packing my lunch for work. I have been having sugar free dark chocolate pudding at night. It's only 60 calories and it can be satisfying.

I'm 27 and I have a solid 50 pounds to lose. 75 for me to been in a healthy BMI range! Feel free o add me!
-
High normal BMI and body fat is what I am shooting for.
-
I try and be careful because of the sugar. I love Siggi's because it has more protein than sugar. I put PB2 and cinnamon in mine and use it as a fruit dip.
-
Thanks everyone!
-
I saw the chart already. Do you have to wear it tight for your HR to pick up?
-
Which one do you have?
-
Smoothies! I also put it in Greek yogurt and add cinnamon and use it as a dip for apples! So yummy! I also use it when I make my Thai lettuce wraps! I get it at the grocery store in the PB aisle!

Over here! Full time RN with a soon to be 2 year old! I just started T25 and I am almost done my first week back to MFP!
-
By saying that you already ruined your day is like me saying, "Now that I dropped my phone on the floor I might as well just smash the screen." Being healthy is hard. Being fat is hard. Pick your hard!
-
My cheat MEAL is Saturday for lunch and I eat half of what I previously would. And I log that sucker!
-
Start measuring yourself instead or measure body fat! You may see better numbers.
-
My goal is 35 by Christmas! Feel free to add me

I was told an additional 400 calories while pregnant was sufficient. So I would set it to maintainece and add 400.

Low carb will be your friend. Just remember calories in = calories out. Have you tried a dietician to help with your diabetes? They can teach you to carb count! Check everything for sugar especially salad dressings. If I get tired of water I drink club soda with lime. It's quite refreshing. Best of luck!

I want to burn calories and build some muscle and with my work schedule I can only go three days so I make the most out of my workouts

Thanks! I was afraid of being too tired and not lifting my usual sets but I know I need to warm up too.
