Before I started exercising I would eat a lot of junk food before my period. This is my fourth week exercising and that time of the month is approaching so I'll see how things go.

Good that you still got your workout in. Not everyday can be a great day but you still put in the work and that's what's important.

I'm glad you weren't successful in talking yourself out of running and I can't believe you love squats! Lol. Maybe I'll get there at some point but right now I prefer lunges.

I do a mixture of weights/cardio with a group of people four days a week. If I miss a day I look for a video on YouTube to follow.
