Nothing is 'unhealthy' in small quantities. You don't have to cut anything from your diet. But your diary seems pretty balanced overall. I'd increase your servings of protein for sure, and maybe have some nuts to increase your fat.[/quote] Thank you!

Thanks for your responses guys. Malibu, I thought it was, my apologies. This is my fifth month. The first month I lost 8, second 3, third 4, fourth, 10. Hence my concern
