Losing weight and constantly nauseous
I thought when you lose weight you're supposed to feel better.

I've lost 10 pounds in a month. Should I be concerned?
I only ask because while for the most part I've been eating healthy (my diary is open, see for yourself) my exercise pattern has been sporadic. I probably exercised 6 to 8 times for the month of July. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Do your legs feel like jello this morning?
I'm sure most of us are probably sore, limping around a bit but don't let that discourage you. As one of my trainers says, pain is weakness leaving the body. That pain wouldn't last forever. Just get back in it today. Cheers MFP FAM.

Excited about this journey
