Bad news, I'm afraid - the cooking instructions (as per the Sainsbury's web page: https://sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/sainsburys-easy-cook-rice-1kg ) have the serving size worth 210kcal set as 66g dry weight. That puts your 100g uncooked amount at 318kcal, not 117. :(

Both calculations are correct. 0.67St = 67 tenths of a stone. To convert to lbs, multiply 14 (lbs in a stone) by 0.67. 0.67*14 = 9.38lbs. :smile:
