I have two kids, 8 and 10. So as you can imagine, loots of snacks in the house. Had the same problem. Bought a large package of protein bars from Costco. When I have the urge to snack, I take 1/4 of a bar and eat it very very slowly. Working for me so far.

Annr ,that sounds delicious. But what about the Extra cals in the sausage and Parmesan cheese? I have to save my calorie space for a couple of rum and cokes on the weekends.

I kind of grimaced and wolfed the spinach down, all the while staring in anticipation at the chicken breast on my plate. I swear, my wife was going too pee herself, by laughing so hard.

Yep, out with the chips, chocolate bars and coke, in with the yogurt, cottage cheese and some green crap....oh wait, that's spinach. Haven't seen it in about 5 years. lol

Congrats on the first weeks loss Leanne!! I myself just finished my 3rd day with a 3.8lb decrease. I think that's just from stopping the daily work snack of chips, chocolate bar and a can of Coke. LOL. Started at 222.8 lb, goal of 170 lb.
