You don't have to quit dessert. Just replace what you'd normally get for a healthier option. On my high carbs days, I get smoothie, or frozen yogurt. Also FlapJacked muffins

Interesting! I'm 5'1 - 130lbs, eating 1300-1500 daily. I try to lift weights 4-5 days/week and cardio 5-6 days/week. I thought not eating those calories back will burn fat faster. So what I'm doing instead is burning muscles, right? No bueno....

I read once that it's supposed to be a extra high carbs day but keeping it low fat. And it was recommended to select one meal in a week for eating whatever you want as long as it doesn't exceed 600-700 calories.
