  • Congrats -- on you commitment to loose weight. I am a Mommy of 1 and she is about to turn 1 and I have to drop some of this "baby weight" that has continued to grow long after the baby. Good luck stay strong --- I have been doing really well planning out all my meals ahead of time. That seems to help me.
