After taking the last couple weeks off due to me being sick, I got back to it yesterday. My usual routine is running 2 to 3 times a week. I eat the same breakfast most mornings. Half a cup of natural yogurt with 2 tbsp granola and a handful of chopped berries or banana. Or both. I find the days I don't have my regular breakfast I overeat throughout the day and tend to feel hungrier.

I did 8k on Sunday. It wasn't my best as I decided to try a new location but didn't check the trails. It was so icy I had to walk in spots. Even though it took a little longer than I had planned I got it done!

Whenever I eat out I always look on MFP to see the best option at that restaurant before I even go or while looking at the menu. We don't eat out a whole lot and when we do its usually a repeat place so I typically get the same thing and can plan my calories.
