@Hanna...I'm going to stick with 3 sets throughout and maybe you can start off that way and modify as needed. What Trinity said is correct.

    @Jane...THANKS for the thorough explanations!

@Hannah....you're AWESOME!...I so thought about doing this and you beat me to the punch, but really I don't have time...but in my old life (pre marriage and pre babies) I would have done this

SN: Hannah I was supposed to go to law school there :-/

    LBD Day 1 - 3 sets COMPLETE
    FW Day 1 - 3 sets COMPLETE

YAY I was able to do the planks. YES I was shaking on round 3. Um, for these bent over rows...in my mind I wanted to use 15 lb dumbells so I picked them up, uh NO. So I used the 10 lb ones. Now I was able to "do them" but my form was all wrong. I was cheating and using my shoulders to pick up the weights when instead I should have been squeezing my blades together but I couldn't. Maybe it was because I did the LBD exercises right before them but regardless I'll be using 8 lb dumbells tomorrow and doing 5 sets and see how that goes.

    GN folks!

Done yesterday's challenge as well as today's, including a 10k walk yesterday and a 7k run today. Powerful!

    Yesterday's LBD, 3 sets completed.
    Yesterday's FW, 3 sets completed.
    Today's LBD, 3 sets completed.
    Today's FW 3 sets completed.

Burpee are not my friends. I shattered my ankle 2 years ago doing one of those mud run courses and so fortunately my physical therapist son has given me a modified version that works for my unyielding ankle. Thank God for little boys!!!

Day 2, 3 sets LBD & FW completed.

If you are doing both challenges and multiple sets group then together instead of completing one and going to another - that way you are doing the free weights with an elevated heart rate from the LBD exercises. So today would be jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, & overhead presses then repeat. I took a 1 min. rest break between each set.

And OMG I forgot how much I hate burpees!!!!!

This is what I did too and I think it makes it easier!

PS-I can't decide if I hate burpees or mountain climbers more.

@hannahhooter no contest I'd do mountain climbers everyday over burpees, although I read an article recently that said doing a few jumps every day is one of the best things you can do for your health so that's what I focus on to get through the burpees.

So I decided to add some motivation to THIS thread for Motivation Monday, considering our hatred of Mountain Climbers, Burpees , (and today Lunges) has been an ongoing topic in our monthly challenges. It will be worth it! ( I hope )

    Day 3...3sets of both...✔️

Okay, since @Mjtckwnow was such a help in getting me all the information to do this LBD challenge, I went ahead and did it. I am only doing one set of each, but I am at least doing something. Thank you all for the help.
