also make sure to take your vitamin d / multi vitamin for thyroid :) helps so much for fatigue. (just take it w/ dinner so it doesnt mess w/ your levo)

i have been workin my crockpot. chili, jambalaya, greens, field peas... anything. soooo easy, just chop everything up and set it to low and portion it at the end of the day (or when you wake up the next day).

same... lost 25 mid summer, hurt my shoulder and have been out since. getting back into it this week. 40 more to lose to get to where i want to be 20ish to my first goal. loving meal prep and heavy lifting.

kind of. I always log dinner first, and if it's a larger meal, just eat less for breakfast/lunch to make up for it. works out pretty well.

fluid ounces isn't something a scale will measure... unless you are only weighing water... fluid ounce = volume ounce = weight weight = density x volume so unless you have a scale that is also measuring density, then you probably are confusing your scale w/ something else. lol. get a new scale. i am also into grilled everything. I like to do a grill/smoke combo. lower temp coals with apple or cherry wood for red meat or pork. brisket, ribs, chicken, fish, veggies, beans. ha I have even cooked pizza on a grill.
