just made a huge batch of spicy chili. 2 lb lean ground beef 4-5 cans fire roasted tomatoes 2 cans kidney beans 1 can tomato paste 4 cloves garlic 1 large white onion 2 c beef stock 3-4 T chili powder 1 T cumin 1 t 100% pain hot sauce 1/2 bottle chipotle hot sauce 2 T smoked habanero pepper puree salt and black pepper

I think it depends on your body. When I first started I could barely walk down stairs after leg day... Now I feel a little s haha lold

skip the elliptical and add some weight training.

5.2 lbs is something! you could have lost nothing or gained weight. weigh your food and make sure your portions are correct. log everything! keep pushing ahead, you will get there!

they don't lol. rotisserie chicken is just whole chickens roasted on a spit w/ salt and pepper(or whatever seasonings they rub them down w/). they should have nutritional info on the package.

Leg extensions hurt my knees, and don't have the equipment for the other. *trying to round out legs day by really working quads/hamstrings+glutes. This is after plyometric training, and heavy squats, good mornings and isolating calves.

Was thinking glute bridges for the reverse hyperextensions but can't really think of anything for the leg extensions

Isolating quads and then isolating hamstrings. I don't like leg extensions or reverse hyperextensions but I have a super set of them at the end of a workout. Looking for alternatives to those.

hahah hell yeah. i had a few dance pads but they only lasted about a year. then my disk stopped working. :'( there is one mall in my city that has it but it is mall of america which is just a nightmare most of the time.
