I used to have boyfriend who doesn't eat veggies, salads, soups, seafood. Only way was to make meat for both & then different side dish. It's annoying but possible. Also you can make your healthy food prep for a few days in advance & just add some on the plate every day.

Welcome! I'm new here too, 1 week! I did something similar while ago & actually only way I can lose weight is by tracking all I eat. Last 4 months I was trying to lose weight without it & got me nowhere. Portion control is important but if you don't measure & track, you end up eating too much. This is great way to go!

You did it once already so you can do it again. It's very easy to fall off the wagon & comeback is hard, specially in the begining but you know you can do it. That begginer phase will pass & it will get easier! Never give up! If you have a bad day & you mess up ur diet, nevermind, tomorrow is a new day, just keep going!
