I'm doing the C25K and I just did my first 5K (which was actually a color run!) yesterday. The biggest thing I found is that running on the treadmill is VERY different than running outside. I ran my first 5K yesterday!! It was a fun run, so not timed or anything but I'm so proud of the fact that I did this when 5-6 months ago I'd have never, ever considered it!

I don't find that I have lost my taste for specific foods, but I have been disappointed in foods. For example, after 3 months of not eating my favorite chocolate bar I splurged and had one. It just wasn't as good as I had it built up in my head to be. Kind of underwhelming? Like it was good but not as good as I remembered…

I'm not sure what advice to give, I'm 5'7 with a starting weight of 250 (well, 249.8) and a current weight of 197. My goal weight is close to yours, but I am open to a different end weight as I may decide something different on the way.

I did the same type of thing. I gave up chocolate cold turkey, with plans to reintroduce it into my diet in smaller quantities. It's worked so far! I no longer crave it but still get to enjoy it here and there.

I'm there too. Started with 100 to lose, and currently am at about 80 to lose. I have mine set to 'lightly active' because I do chase my kids all day, I work (retail), and I'm truly not sitting on the couch all day every day. Maybe I'm wrong in that setting though? I still log my workouts that are over and above my daily…

I'm at just over 5 weeks in, and 23.8lbs down! I still have roughly 75 more to go though, so a drop in the bucket, but a drop nonetheless.
