I'm definitely eating non processed and organic (when available). That's what I meant by eating clean. I ultimately want to lose 200lbs, get to a normal blood pressure and get rid of acid reflux. I know that losing weight will take care of the health problems but I don't know what realistic short term goals I should make.…
