I get days like that. It can be really hard feeling out of control. When it is really bad I stop tracking my calories because I know I must be about 4000 when my limit is 1200. May 1 Me:1 LNS:0 The rules I have set for myself is LNS is eating junky, sugar filled processed food after 6 pm. If I have extra calories after 6 I am only allowed carrots 1 cup or skim milk chi tea or 1 small portion of fruit. Anything else counts as a big old LNS.

Hello, I am glad to see this group. I can totally relate to the caregiving journey causing a weight gain. I am caring for my mom with early onset Alhemizers. Talk about stressful and it has caused me to gain 30lbs with no end in sight. I have joined the May 30 day challenge and am hoping this will help.
