  • I was thinking the same just now.. It's probably cuz when my macros are on point for a few days if I spill over on other days my body takes it badly. But for a very short time.   • i am currently 9.9 BF 130 lbs and 5'9" I workout 6-7 times a week and im just trying to maintain and stay lean. I been realizing that i bloat very easily the second I over eat and take vacation my body does not respond well at all.

  • I did a workout this morning with my trainer.. 10front squat 1k 15 front squat 1k 20 front squat 1k 25 front squat under 30 mins... But because I splurged today I wanted to utilize the fats and carbs into my muscles with another workout :)

  • Ok cool thank you for the help. I will definitely look into options of more calories. Took a dunk test on Tuesday and results were 12% BF. Supppusblly that's the most accurate from all testing

  • Thank you guys for the time to reply and read my concerns. So let's just say it wasn't sustainable (60protein) would messing with percentages make difference in fat gain? Because I come from paleo routines it's so weird for me to have carbs from grains and wheat so I usually have around 30 carbs and 50 protein at the end…
  • Yes I follow Paleo religiously lol but I don't log much on this app I use caloriecounter just for macros. I have been following paleo for 3 years now :)
