So full lower back hurts?!?
it happens a few times where I get so so full my lower back hurts. It's clean foods that I'm eating I just get very very full to that point. Does anyone have an input on this and why it's happening or what is happening ?

Cutting macros ??
hi everyone! I started macros not too long ago. Saw good results first month.. 60/20/20 on 1400 calories. I went on a few trips and really think it screwed me up. I've been back on track for a few days but still feel off. Any suggestions on my macros? Maybe lower my protein and higher my carbs I really am such a beginner…

weird day..
Ive been having a really weird day.. Just in a phunk.. slept most of the day and ate. Im on track for macros but my day/night is not even close to the end and i only have 7 grams of carbs left and alot of protein(40grams) as well as fat (plus or minus 20)...
