I think I do... I just set it at the max amount of weight loss as quickly as possible.

Would it be relatively safe to assume that I can eat however much sugar I want, as long as it is in fruit and veggies, etc? Like Not downing soda and candy or whatever? How much would be too much, even if my only course was fruit?

I always heard the cutting sugar was insanely important, no? What IS a good amount of sugar to be around? If it is sugar from fruit, surely I can have a bit more. Its not like it is a soda.

Also I noticed it is giving me 165 for carbs per day. Is that a realistic number? I feel like that might be low. But again I am new to all of this.
