Hi everyone, how did you do today. I know most of us, Sunday's is our rest day. Well today I went to the theme park for for about 3 1/2 hours not long at all. My goal is 7700 and I have completed 13083. @ac_astwood thank you very much

My step goal today was 7265; completed 9467. I did not go to the gym again today but was constantly on the move. @ac_astwood, my ankle still aches especially at the end of the day, thanks for asking. I have 4620 out of my 7681 steps. With a sprained ankle not much I enjoy doing because I am in pain. I wanted to lift weights but I was not able to do that either. How did you all ?

@ac_astwood I focus on calorie burn as well. I think focusing on my calories burn is helping me to be healthier each day and loosing pounds as well. @beverlyriley900 you did pretty well on your calories count also. I agree, that 5 week projection is very encouraging. It makes you continue doing what you are doing to achieve that goal.

@jcbro19 That's great, every second of workout counts. It's depending on what you like. Skipping, sit ups, push ups, planks, just to name a few. Try something out and let me know how it goes, even if it's for 15 minutes.
