  • I have a high metabolism, also. My Dr told me to eat little snacks in between meals. I usually have a fruit cup for breakfast and she said to add a piece of toast with it. She also has me on nutritional shakes and said to have a milkshake every day! If you find something else that helps, let me know..and good luck! :)
