Hi I'm trying to gain weight just a little I'm 110 now and I'm 5'5 it's really hard yo do so because I have a high metabolism and I've tried everything Idk what else to do ..

I have a high metabolism, also. My Dr told me to eat little snacks in between meals. I usually have a fruit cup for breakfast and she said to add a piece of toast with it. She also has me on nutritional shakes and said to have a milkshake every day!
If you find something else that helps, let me know..and good luck!

eat more calorie dense foods like bagels, ice cream, cookies, etc….0
