Hiya any anti psychotic can cause weight gain through increased apetite and generally one person may experience different side effects to another person. But if you stick to your calorie deficit then you shouldn't gain weight This is through personal experience

Perhaps set mfp to lose 1 lb a week maximum the reason I say this is from experience restricting too much resulted in binging for me. I'm only guessing I could be wrong but is the 1200 cal a day to lose 2 lbs a week?

Having psychosis made me more sedentary as lost my job.... also anti psychotics increased my apetite as did anti depressants and mood stabilisers and paranoia and anxiety about leaving the house even going in the garden I couldn't do so I was eating more and moving little

I think I need a trip to the doctors to ask about nutrition as I started a low carb diet and as a result my protein and fat content is higher... The low carb diet I started for pcos and thought it was better for fatty liver.. but seems this might not be the case

Heya :) Have you been weighing your food and logging accurately? 4 lb in 14 days is great so congrats with that The fluctuations could be water retention maybe And weight loss isn't linear so like some weeks you may not lose anything but other weeks you may lose more than usual

Hey I've set mine as 8 stone 7 I'm 5 ft 1 I think I will judge how much to loose the closer I get only I'm 16 stone 2 right now
