I've ordered some as not getting enough calories throughout the day. For medical reasons I'm on a low fat diet and for the other medical condition on a low (er) carb diet Anyhow anybody else tried the phd diet whey? Thanks x

Getting my food scale and more accurate bathroom scales tomorrow Little nervous too because I go with what is on packets so probably overeating Ate my so called 102 calorie oatmeal earlier wonder how many calories I really had *facepalm*
