I find what really helps me is planning. I have a whiteboard calendar that I plan all my dinners for the month on, so I always know what I'm having! Googling healthy dinners, healthy chicken dinners, etc. is how I find pretty well all my recipes.

Either is fine! I personally weigh myself every day. Whatever you choose just be consistent! If it's every Friday morning stick to that. Every other Friday night, stick to that. Every morning after a poop - stick to that!

Whatever you do, be CONSISTENT. If you want to weigh yourself every Wednesday - go for it. If you want to do it everyday - go for it! But I wouldn't do sometimes on Wednesdays and sometimes everyday, consistency!

Make lettuce wraps - cook some chicken, shred it, cut up some veggies - I usually do tomato and onion, pick a sauce - I like hummus or sweet chili sauce. I also do falafel's but I shape them into patties and have them in a pita with toppings.
