I started weighing everything possible and I have to tell you what I "thought" I was eating and what I was "actually" eating were definitely not the same. I used measuring cups and was pretty far off with that method. It takes longer but it is so much more accurate to weigh everything possible :)

LOL!! On a serious note I have still been itching my eyes out. Warm cloths do help and I will try the fish oil and see how that goes :) Thanks for the advise and the laughs :)

Drink water it helps a lot and good to boost metabolism :) Find small snacks that will keep you satisfied in between meals. It's not going to be easy but it will be worth it :)

I'm sure the Dr did give ideas and maybe they are not to her liking. Her health problems are there but the feeding tube sounds like it CAN be prevented IF she CAN get some toddler friendly food ideas that interest her daughter and she eats them and gains weight.

Mac and cheese and hot dogs. Spagetti-o's, French toast, pancakes, waffles chicken nuggets, fish sticks, French fries. Just a few ideas. Ramen noodle soup with crackers my kids and most peoples kids love them I don't mend them once is a great while. Good luck!

I've been working on losing 25 pounds too. My previous logging consist of using measuring cup and logging it that way I will be giving my digital scale a work out and hope to see some hardcore changes on the scales. I am so excited to see where this takes me :)

I tried to quote this in my last message and it didn't , but Yes I do have a digital scale no I haven't been eating back 100% of calories. My plan will now be to weigh everything I can :) eating back is still to be determined I will try to eat back a little to see how it is working out in the beginning. :)

I do have a digital scale I plan to start using it instead of "eyeballing" my fruits or cramming them in to measuring cups. I have a scale so I plan to use it for everything I can. This is a better plan I can keep very good track of everything moving forward. :)

I love boiled chicken, have you ever had chicken wing dip? The breast are the best ;) I boil and shred my chicken seperatly mix together cream cheese, blue cheese, and hot sauce, add chicken wall~a yummy!! Eat with baked tortilla chips.
