I second the chocolate on top yogurts, they were truly awful.

I ran in the morning and ate a little bit less than I maybe wanted to (I did eat two desserts, though, haha) so I was under my calories, but my carbs and sugar were much higher than usual, which is fine..it's a holiday!

I will be on that treadmill! ;)

I read about Simply Scrumptous (not a typo, that's how it's spelled) products in this thread and ordered some - I just ate one of the 90 calorie chocolate chunk cookies - mind blown. Thanks to those who shared that tip!!

Also - I forgot to mention, most of those extra calories were protein for me - very helpful for healing. Good luck!

I had surgery recently, and for the following 6 weeks I ate at 300-500 above maintenance. I still ended up losing a little, so your body really does seem to need some extra calories when healing a serious injury. Maybe start with 250-300 over maintenance and see how that goes? Feel better soon! :)

Glad I'm not the only one, how annoying this has been...fix it, people!! ;)

Lots, but here are the staples: Spicy peanut salad dressing Individually sealed chicken breasts (cooked), they're 4 to a pack Whole wheat pizza dough (freezes well) Mahi mahi burgers (frozen) and salmon burgers Hummus Nuts, granola

The Edy's pumpkin patch is so good, especially for the calories - I buy this every year. I cannot find the pumpkin pie whips yogurt anywhere, so annoying!

Think Thin pumpkin spice protein and fiber bar....this is the best I've had from them, so good. Has anyone found their oatmeal yet? I can't find it anywhere, I might have to buy online.

I finally tried the halo top ice cream, the lemon cake flavor. For how low cal it is, I thought it was great!

I agree, please don't make this about men - OR photos...even your scale, if it becomes about the number, throw it out. Eat healthy, exercise, do it for life, do it for YOU.

I'm 32 with a looming birthday. ;) Anyone who would like more friends can add me!

Has anyone mentioned the pumpkin spice latte M&M's? They are really good, I thought the latte part would be an afterthought, but they really taste like the real thing to me. :)

That looks great! My favorite is oatmeal made with almond milk and liquid egg whites - you can't taste the egg, it just adds volume to the dish and tons of protein - I mix in a tbs of peanut butter and a tsp of honey.

Great job! Keep it up!

Great job!!

I'm 32 and a stay at home mom of two maintaining my weight - it's so hard to get in those workouts with little kids! My most recent setback is a knee injury (tennis). I wish I could get to more classes, too. Add me, any busy moms!

I am maintaining at 5'0", 103-106 lbs.

That's great, good for you!

Hello from Ann Arbor! Feel free to add me for support. :)

Anyone can add me!
-
Cheese, cashews, dried fruit, Lara bars. :)
-
There are a lot, haha, but if I had to choose one I seriously cannot manage portion control with, it would be banana bread fresh out of the oven with butter on it....omg.
-
I eat peanut butter in my oatmeal almost every day. Just weigh it by the gram and make sure you fit it into your calories. If it's too hard to eat a small amount, fine, stay away from it - there are foods I don't eat for this reason. Peanut butter is a gift from above. ;)

I'm 4'11" (and a half...the half is so important, lol) - and I am with you guys....EVERY pound is visible when you are this short. And our calories have to be so efficient, you know? Rough!! Anyone feel free to add me for support/group complaint sessions. ;)

Greek yogurt, cashews, string cheese, quest bars, baby carrots. That brownie brittle someone mentioned is so, so good, but I have a portion control issue with it, so I rarely indulge. ;)

Good for you!! :)
