You're right. I think I just get easily creeped out by "repeating" requests...although it probably means nothing and they might not even remember they sent a request before. I think I'm over thinking it.

Agreed on the clutter issue - I guess that's my real problem. I want to delete the clutter, but not if they are going to keep popping back up anyway.

That's what I'm wondering - the mechanics of MFP. I wish there was a "delete and block" option or something so the same people don't just keep popping up

I think our bodies sort of settle into a "set point" as long as they are getting adequate nutrition. That's why my goals have changed over time. It's no longer realistic for me to aim for 115 pounds... Turns out, recomping in the 140's works much better for me. I could continue to lose weight, but it would be at the…

"not eating above your cals"...not sure what that means. Are you trying to gain muscle, or lose fat? Either way, I doubt cardio is the problem. 9 weeks isn't long.

Wow! And I don't see wings...I see impressive guns. I lost 100 pounds, and I have wings too (and extra skin elsewhere). It's part of the reason I started building muscle :-)

Thank you!! I got really sick a few years back and lost a bunch of weight. That wasn't fun. I learned then that being "skinny" wasn't what I wanted. Now that I'm well,I'm just trying to get strong. Those T25 workouts are rough! I tried doing insanity but it was pretty rough on my joints. Congrats on getting through that!!
