There's all sorts of styles of running belts that will hold your iPod, keys, etc. They are like small fanny packs

Have you tried Stevia as sweetener for your coffee? Sounds like you're eating a lot of carbs and sugars together. I don't have a lot of advice for this...except maybe try not to eat them in the morning? When you eat them, you crave more. At least I do. I don't eat anything until noon (after the gym) and then I start with…

Just think of it as poison. That's what helps me. There are some sugar free versions of candies that are ok, but they have a bit of a laxative effect... Basically, if anything has more than 10 grams of sugar per serving (including natural sugars), I don't touch it.

This happens to me when I eat a lot of sodium. I took a diuretic once and literally lost (peed) 5 pounds overnight...

Almost daily - unless I'm feeling particularly bloated. Then I skip it. ;-) It's a tool. Don't obsess over it. I do other things to track progress; Measurements, body fat testing, etc. The scale is just another tool, but it fluctuates a lot more than the other tools due to things like water weight, whether you pooped that…

Whenever you have your first meal of the day, that's breakfast... ;-) I normally don't eat anything until after the gym, around 1pm. It works better for me to save my calories for later in the day (and I don't feel bloated during my workout).

This is the best advice so far regarding caffeine. I've given it up twice in my life, and wound up at the doctor both times with massive headaches. Also, I started eating more...which is why I got back on the coffee kick. It was a trade off. A little of what you enjoy can help avoid a lot of something worse lol

I see the diary, and a 2000 calorie goal seems high for someone who is 5'3" and trying to lose weight. My maintenance goal at 5'5" is 1800. I'm not an expert. Just an observation

Is caffeine the problem or is it the other stuff in the energy drinks? There's carbonation, artificial sweeteners, vitamins (too many B vitamins can give me "nervous energy"). IBS is a tough one... I had ulcerative colitis (which is similar in symptoms) which resolved itself by cutting out dairy and bread. Who would have…

:| Don't base anything in your life on what other people say. Especially on the internet... I'm glad you're seeing results. It's very motivating.

Um...OP, PLEASE for your health and sanity, PLEASE don't take any advice from that guy... Just saying... I'd stick to the stickies that ChefBarbell posted and some others here..but this guy is giving some pretty dangerous advice about supplementation etc that you really need to discuss with a doctor (and he is NOT one)

What makes you think you have a heavy frame? I only ask because "big boned" isn't as big a thing as people think... and you don't need extra calories for it...
-
That chart has helped a lot of people...but I agree, it's over posted. But then again, a lot of these threads are started, asking the SAME. QUESTIONS.OVER.AND.OVER...so maybe we should just all start posting the flow chart lol
-
Just to add my two "two cents worth" here, caffeine isn't evil. I admit, I've become overly dependent on it...but it's not harmful and it can actually aid in fat loss. My struggle is not adding all the "stuff" to my coffee that puts empty calories in my diet.
-
What the heck are you talking about? I lost over 100 pounds with no exercise whatsoever. I think you're not quite the expert you think you are... you probably know a lot and can apply it to yourself, but you need more information before you start giving advice so freely

If I'm going to do AYCE anything, that's the only meal I'm eating for the day and I log is as "a day" lol. When I (rarely) go out for sushi, I eat ALL the bad stuff, cream cheese, soups, salads, ice cream, "fried" rolls. I'm easily going over my daily calories and I hardly ever do it - I'm not about to try to calculate…

You aren't crazy. It's called cycling :-) I do it all the time and it does help.
-
Only if someone reports them lol...but probably nobody would ;-)

I don't think that was the point. IF you're on your feet, (walk, vs run, vs jog) a mile is a mile.

Unless you have some sort of medical condition, heart rate isn't going to matter unless you're simply not working hard enough. For weight loss, your intensity level and calorie burn is much more important than being in any "zone"

No rocks. Jesus. That is all. <3

Edited: Nevermind. I'd delete my comment if I could. Watching the others try to help and your responses makes this a big waste of time. I'm out

Goodnight!

Is cupcake just a subset of Millennial or does it stand on its own? I see a lot of overlap lol
-
Sorry folks, show's over. Not much of a show. I just lost all my tolerance for a bit...my sanity is somewhat restored, and those I'm "tolerating" are back on ignore status. Goodnight B)

In most cases, yes, it's rhetorical. In some cases, the question has an actual meaning. In his case, I would just like him to stop talking altogether.
-
@Cutaway_Collar Do you ever say anything of any actual value? You constantly brag about your life and what you have and what you do and who you live with....but here you are, saying *this*... and different variations of *this*.
