I do have treat days I dont cut out going out for dinner ie still go out for pizza, carvery, etc but it is making decisions when you eat ie dont go for the mixed grill with chips, breadroll, followed by chocolate fudge cake and icecream, but maybe pizza and salad, followed by icecream.
