It happened to me too. Not just with my diet, but as I lost weight as well. I never had this problem while I was overweight. I just try to get in enough sodium. I also felt like that today. Drank a bullion cube with lunch and I added lots of salty seasoning to my fish for dinner. I'm already feeling better.

I guess so. I ate 2 breaded chicken breasts, with 250g peas (I need the fibre, my tum is having some of its mood swings). And also drank a chicken stock cube. Because my BP is low and I've been dizzy all day. Just ate dinner. 200g hake fish fillets, seasoned with cajun seasoning (again, for the sodium), and 300g broccoli.…

Also, off topic question, because I don't want to create another thread: Those instant oatmeal packages which you just add boiling water to, do you think you could double their volume by adding twice the water like with normal oatmeal? And not have it be like soup?

Oh okay. There are some veggies (spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, peas) that I can't stomach whole. So it's easier for me to get them in my body if they are a finer texture. But I am eating so much of them for their fibre, (helps out my tum) that's why I'm asking. I didn't assume it's something I read that baffled me.

I can't keep it in the house either. I sometimes buy it mindlessly, but before I get home I realize that I bought it, and then I give it away to someone else. :)

I tried it for a week or two as well. And also drank heaps of water, ate HUGE amounts of vegetables because they are so low calorie. But I couldn't function on so little a day. I already have low blood pressure and that just elevated the problem. So unfortunately that's all the tips I have for you. :)

My dinner most nights. 190g hake fillets, spiced with cajun seasoning, and mashed potatoes with pan fried onions. Filling, low calorie (I only have 1350 to work with), and 36grams of protein. :) also very satisfying. Oh, and diet coke haha...

Drinking water as if my life depended on it! Like, a litre in one go. Or coffee. Helps suppress my appetite. I'm not sure if that works for everyone though, maybe it's just me because coffee doesn't work for my sister she says. :confused:

Yeah I should. I usually work until failure. Or through the pain (back pain from doing bicycle crunches - I'm talking about you!) until the set is finished.

OMG me neither. I can't do regular push ups, my arms are too weak. And I can't do certain types of ab-work either (yet), because it hurts my back. It's extremely irritating. My brain screams: "MOAR! DO MOAR!!" and my body goes like: "NOOOOOOOO!!!"

It's not just machines, there are some bodyweight exercises in there as well. Like weighted squats, lunges, and...uhm...a few others I can't remember the names of. But it does focus on all muscle groups. I specifically told him I wanted it that way, because my entire body is weak.

I do lift weights now, but it's a program designed by a personal trainer at my gym. It uses the machines and some exercises with dumbbells. I'm not that strong yet but currently what's happening is, I do 10 reps at a lighter weight. Then increase the weight and do 8 reps. Then increase again and do 6 reps. The aim is that…

Problem is, what if I reach 50kg and it's still there?? I don't really want to go lower than that, the absolute lowest I can go (before I'm underweight) is 47kg. So I'm kind of even scared of going down to 50! Hah

Personally for me I tend to stick to my diet better if I don't eat them. If I do, it's only when someone else buys them for me. I don't keep them in the house and I don't buy them. Later, after a few days of saying no, the cravings decrease a lot for me. The only sugar I get in in the form of "candy" is from the mints I…

Yeah my mom often thinks there's something wrong with me for doing that. But hey, at least I put my big girl pants on and just eat it any way I can. :wink: because it's good for me.

I can't stand it either. No matter how it's prepared it makes me gag. The only veg I can eat is onions and potatoes and corn. But I still eat a huge bowl of veg every day. Maybe even two because of the low calories and the volume. My method might be a bit childish, but it gets the veg in my body. I save all the best…

Me too! Or if I stand up from a sitting position my vision goes black for a few seconds and I feel like I'm floating....I hate it. I never had this problem at a higher weight.

I currently weigh 135lb. I'm not sure where I want to be yet. So 10lb for now. It depends on how I look at 125lb I suppose. :) maybe I'll lose more once there or maybe I'll just tone up.

Yes I did. But it was on purpose. I don't weigh so much so I need less. I've never been able to stick to a too slow diet before, because I'm driven by results. At 1350 I will at least have a weekly noticeable loss, although it won't be a full pound. My maintenance currently is 1650.
