I agree you should get a check up first. Secondly, listen to your body. here's my own example, I have to be very careful with ab workouts because sometimes I get very painful cramp in my upper abs..

I like step workouts with weights, it burns a ton of calories and I can feel what muscles are being targeted after.

I like the barcode option when logging food on my diary and them looking at all the nutrients I have consumed during the day and whether I'm having the right amount of everything. I also like the stories on the forums and why other people are on here. Everyone has their own unique journey.

Same here! I want to lose 10lbs and the healthy food regime is going well but not so well with the excersise, oh well it's only been one week! O bought myself a new bikini today one size smaller to keep me motivated :)

I know what you mean! My kids can empty the healthy contents of our fridge in 2 days, so now I have to double up on the food shopping and buy even more stuff like sandwich ham, Turkey...fruit just disappears.

I'm doing the plank challenge too, started yesterday, only managed 20 seconds, I'm combining it with 30 days abs and 30 days arms.
