I try to not consume anything with this toxic rubbish, and i can taste it in my mouth for hrs if I have sugar free products. I don't buy them at all.

All eggs are different. I just scan the box on Mfp. For egg whites I use the default which is about 17calories.

I added body pump to my other 3 weekly workouts for the first time yesterday. Doing something different and even though I chose lighter weights my arms are sore today. It will be a while before I do this type of workout more than once a week!

Try different flavoured coffee. Have a look about, there are so many options. One of my favourites is Douwe Egberts "the flavour collective" plus I have a coffee machine where you put little capsules in it.

Well done on your progress already. I run 5K once or twice a week at the most. 6 months ago I was burning up by the end but very gradually improved. I get to the end in roughly 34 minutes then do a walk on a high incline and jog a little more. Hoping to improve.

Corn and green beans is good, maybe add fish to that for the kids. When I do salmon, luckily the kids like it and they like the fun of squeezing lemon wedges on the fish.

A bottle of Cava or Processco is about 500Cals. Half a bottle... Only 250 Cals which is less than drinking something like beer that can really add up.

I've wondered the same thing, fitbit calories are usually ridiculously high for me. I can wash dishes and it adds as steps! I only take notice of my workout calories that I manually put onto Mfp after reading on fitbit...

I get it all the time on the Elliptical!

I love the Elliptical! I built up my fitness on one in the gym for about a year and like you, I felt like I needed to change something. I switched to the treadmill, jogging a little and walking on incline. Now I run on it thanks to the fitness the Elliptical gave me (was not kean on running before) I still go on the…

No, I need the gym classes to motivate me! I have been thinking about signing up to something so I can workout at home...for me it would take total dedication though! So easy to get distracted by something else and not workout.

Hi snb301, I am a busy sahm same as you. I have 3 children, but all out of the diaper stage. My youngest are in full time primary school. I joined a gym straight away and never looked back, I don't know how I coped before! The days used to fly by xx

I have a new plan right now. I used to use scales once a week but with the fluctuations I was feeling like I'm not getting anywhere. I'm now more consistent in the gym now that I have a routine ( 5 times a week) and weigh once a month.
-
I've found that when I'm on a healthy calorie controlled diet, there isn't much room for fruit because of the sugar. Mfp diary pops up with some message telling me off. I didn't eat any fruit at one point because it didn't fit my macros very well. I add fruit now regardless and I feel healthier.

I'm a similar size to you Daydreamer. I find my weight stalls or even slightly increases on 1600 Cals but then again I do consume about 2000 on a weekend. The only way for me to stop gaining is to excersise more because I'm not cutting the Cals to lower than 1300 (ever!) I go to the gym whenever I can which on average is 3…

Looking at my diary, on average I have about 20g fibre. I eat a cereal most days called fruit & fibre. daily calories average about 1500 and I cut down on coffee to drink more water. Digestion is normal.

Zuzka on YouTube has a number of kettlebell workouts. Body fit by Amy is another that springs to mind.

I'm 39, been tracking weight for over a year and would love new friends to add me!

7lbs and 4% body fat! Sounds unrealistic to me but want to try anyway!
-
Same problem for months, mfp food diary shows up on fitbit dash board but fitbit excersise calories will not sync with mfp. Tried revoking access, Un linking accounts and then Re linking. Still not working properly :(

Hi Krystal, I got married last year, it was great motivation for getting started with fitness. I try to excersise everyday and still gaining knowledge all the time. Add me?

Hi angleb, i can relate to this a little. Recently I fell off a bike and injured my knee. It was painful for weeks. = stopped the cardio and rowing at the gym. I had to change my routine instead and went back to 1200 cals until my knee recovered. Small steps back to fitness too. Back at the gym now being careful, still…

5ft 3 HW 126 CW 111 GW no idea, quite happy atm BF 21% workout about 3 times a week, need to tone more daily calories 1400? - 1800?, still learning about maintenance.

I definitely agree on preparing your own food to take to work, it makes a huge difference. Stop eating at truck stops. Fast food is full of sugar, fat and minimum nutrients and will leave you craving more. Damn this sounds harsh but I know because my husband is a truck driver. He had some bad eating habits a few years ago.…

5.3 and a half. Very small body frame Currently 112lbs which is easy to maintain on 1800 to 2000 cals a day. cardio 2 to 3 times a week and some weight training (10 minutes here and there) Highest weight 123lbs through higher carb intake and no workouts. Lowest weight 104lbs doing 1200cals for a year plus workouts. Goal…

Sparkling wine or proceco. Roughly 500 calories in a bottle. Lasts me all weekend!

I go to Aldi because it's next door to the gym. I get fresh fruit and veg,& meats from there nearly every day. My UK Aldi products do not stay fresh for very long for some reason. Only got to look at the broccoli and it goes off, so I buy little and often them use straight away.
-
I'm in the UK and almond milk is quite cheap. I used to have it but realised I don't like it, tastes vile, especially in coffee. Try oat milk, it has slightly less calories than cows milk I have that because I don't like cows milk!

When I first started doing intense excersise, my heart rate would reach 185, I would feel very warm but not too out of breath that I couldn't have a conversation. I got used to the excersise and heart rate doesn't get as high now unless I work harder. This took about 3 months, gym about 3 times a week

I agree, easier this year I was on a 1200 diet, I lost weight quickly but when including a workout I was just starving! By not eating the excersise calories I found I got tired and lacked energy. So yes eat back your excersise calories, the body needs the fuel!
