Get a Fitbit HR! I'm like you have to watch kids, other half at work. I love excersising at home, and gym when I can. Fitbit monitors heart rate, how many flights of stairs you climb, calories burned in a 24 Hr period (but inputting your stats online) miles walked...it's great!

I agree that pinepple hides the veggie taste of the kale. I like this, kale, spinach, pineapple, Apple, banana, a little avocado and ice water

Today I cooked quorn nuggets, 15 mins in oven, added avocado, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. yesterday I had quinoa salad salad. Wraps with thin ham/turkey filling is good or jacket potato with taziki dip or tuna and cucumber.

I gain a little water and refuse to weigh myself for a week! Also I'm ovulating and have gained 2lb (hopefully just water) and my appetite is crazy mid cycle. :( it does my head in.

I like charlotte's workout, it makes my legs and abs burn after so it must be working. Trying to build up to 4 times a week and can honestly say I can get through more rounds every time I do the dvd.

I workout at home as I wouldn't have a clue where to start in a gym. I check out youtube and try to do a different workout every day. There are so many. Aerobics, weights, steps. Befit for example and Hit workouts. Enough to get heart rate up to burn fat but without going crazy Definately not insanity!

Thanks, I never plan to eat back excersise calories but like today, I had to add an extra 250 cals to my dinner because I was still hungry!

Maybe check iron levels? I always find it hard to get enough iron in my diet since logging on MFP.

I don't have a degree but I did my own research and also by using my common sense, I figured out that being able to taste the artificial sweeteners in diet foods and drinks is disturbing and seriously not good at all.

I'm approaching 40 and would love to be fit and strong rather than just skinny. I'm petite and weigh only 113lb but still have problem areas, it's crazy! At the moment I have no idea where to start.

Hi, I'm a mom of 3. Last pregnancy was 4 years ago and still trying to get my stomach muscles back into shape. Been on MFP for about 5 weeks, not much weight to lose, just need to tone up with excersise :)

I'm worried by this message from MFP. I hope it is wrong...(for me) I'm on a healthy eating plan diet sort of thing and I eat 1200 cals a day. If my weight drops to what it says it will within 5 weeks, I'll be as thin as a rake!

I switched from full fat milk to skimmed milk which halves the calories in a mug of coffee. It tasted horrible at first, but after a week I got used to it now.

I won't touch Aspartame , and I am very careful about labels on sugar free/ low calorie products. Always have been since I was a teenager. Aspartame leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.

I have the opposite problem, I meet my carb goal but not the fats. I eat wholegrain rice and pasta and wholewheat bread. Right now I'm eating gluten free oat cakes Good carbs

I'm workout shy...hence the name! I have a plan to start doing 3 hour aerobic step workouts 3 times a week which would theatrically burn a pound of fat per month. Starting Monday :)

Trust me you WILL lose a lot of weight while breast feeding. Give it 3 months and I bet you will see a difference.

Hey there! I have three. One in full time school and the twins will be full time school in September so I'm hoping to be able to do a lot more walking and join a gym. Recently started to eat healthier, it was hard before because I focus so much on making sure the kids get everything they need, I forget about myself.
