Welcome. I'm newish here too. Well done for loosing so much the first time. It's a good community on here to hopefully help you stay on track. The food tracker and nutritional values are helping me to realise how many calories are actually in things.

Well done for loosing so much before and I'm sure you'll do it again, The blog is a good way to stay focused. I'm trying to loose 90ibs. Been gaining over they years and it's hard as I love chocolate and wine :-)
